此次的标志风格融合苏格兰文化元素和中国元素：英国皇家狮子、苏格兰皇家格字服饰、苏格兰国旗及色彩、清华美国校门等，体现标志的权威，至高，国际化。

麦金托什建筑学院成立于十九世纪末,以著名的现代主义先驱者查尔斯·雷尼·麦金托什命名,是现代主义建筑及思想的发源地,英国最著名的文化创意社区。近年被英国权威机构评委英国最好的五所建筑院校之一。

学院的师资力量雄厚,活跃在教学与科研一线上的教师来自各种不同背景和专业领域。学院营造了学生与专业人员间充分交流的氛围,并将其融入教学和学习环境中。

The Mackintosh School of Architecture (MSA) is one of the threeschools which makes up the Glasgow School of Art, situated in theGarnethill area of Glasgow, Scotland. The Mackintosh School ofArchitecture is the Glasgow School of Art's only academic schoolconcerned with a single discipline. Yet, similar to our other Schools,the Mac is a diverse international community of creative people whohave many opportunities to interact with students from across theSchool.

The Mac's teaching staff come from a wide variety of backgroundsand specialist subject areas and are all active in research, teachingdevelopment. The School also offers consultancy services and wherepossible this has involved students and staff in a number ofcommissions, the results of which are often fed back into the teachingand learning environment.

The School was recently awarded the highest rating classification bythe Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) for the quality of its teaching,and in the last research assessment exercise The Glasgow School ofArt's research activity was noted as being of national importance.

Sutherland Hussey Architects(SHA)建筑事务所于1997年创建于苏格兰首府、历史文化名城爱丁堡。SHA将先进的设计理念与工程实践结合,创造出一系列激动人心的优秀作品,被权威媒体评为英国前十名设计机构和最具空间品质的公共建筑设计机构。

作为英国主流的规划设计机构,SHA善长于大尺度的城市与景观规划和公共文化建筑设计。主要作品有:斯图加特国家音乐学院、新加坡艺术中心、爱丁堡滨海区规划、苏格兰海滨城镇规划、宝马和奔驰体育公园规划设计等。事务所曾多次在国际上获奖,包括密斯欧洲建筑奖、英国皇家建筑师协会千年奖、苏格兰皇家科学院金奖等。

In 1997, Sutherland Hussey Architects (SHA) was founded by twograduates from Mackintosh School of Architecture, Charlie Husseyand Charlie Sutherland. SHA have been engaged in various projectsin UK and Europe. The combination of pioneering ideas and practiceled to exciting architecture, such as Masterplan sketch proposal forthe Seafield waterfront in Edinburgh, Robert Burns Museum inAlloway, Marbach Literature Museum, Feasibility for Mercedes-Benzheadquarters, Pierhead project, Tiree, etc.

With excellent performance in architecture, the works by SutherlandHussey Architects have been widely exhibited around UK and wonthem many rewards: Millennium Award of RIBA, nomination of StirlingPrize, Best Architecture Award RIAS, Golden Medal EAA, GoldenPrize of Royal Academy of Science Scotland, Award of RIBA.

Graeme Massie Architects was established in 2004, and is based inEdinburgh. The work encompasses architecture, interior design,master planning, landscaping, product design and public art for bothprivate and public sector clients, in diverse locations ranging fromlocal to international.

G.M. believe in the importance of collaboration and engagement,working closely with clients, users, sponsors, communities, artistsand other consultants. In favoring a rigorous, research-basedapproach, projects grow from asking the right questions..

The practice has established a reputation, nationally andinternationally, for producing architecture and design of the highestquality. The work of Graeme Massie Architects has been widelypublished and exhibited. The practice was named Architect of theYear at the 2010 Scottish Design Awards.

Gross Max景观规划事务所是欧洲顶级的景观设计机构,由哈佛大学景观系教授、国际景观设计大师艾尔科•霍夫曼主持,引领着国际景观设计的潮流。

Gross Max囊括了欧洲景观艺术奖、英国公共项目设计奖、英国公共景观规划设计奖等国际大奖。

GROSS. MAX., founded in 1995 by partners Bridget Baines andEelco Hooftman, has been widely regarded as one of the few U.Kbased exponents of a new generation of contemporary Europeanlandscape architecture. The practice has won numerous competitionsand awards for public space and has an international portfolio ofexiting and challenging projects.

Recent completed projects include the Royal Botanical Gardens atKew Landscape Masterplan, Turner Contemporary, Margate,Hepworth Gallery, Wakefield, Glasgow Museum of Transport.GROSS. MAX. has been presented the 2006 European LandscapeAward for, according the jury, their individual design concepts andmajor part in shaping the style of landscape architecture in the early21st century.

GROSS. MAX. was awarded the UK 2010 Public Realm Architect ofthe Year Award. Bridget Baines and Eelco Hooftman are both visitingprofessor at GSD, Harvard.
